Early-season Harvest 

The sweetest of the Honey!  This honey was harvested early in the season and has a beautiful, light clear color with a hint of grapes. 

Mid-season Harvest

This honey was harvested in the middle of our hot summer!   It’s a classic honey hue with the taste of all the summer wildflowers.  

Late-season Harvest

Coming out of the hive this looks like molasses but in the bottle it’s a luxurious, dark color.  The taste is very forward - no mistaking that the blooms are intensifying this time of year
